Refunds & Returns


Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on any orders. Though, we would like to know about your experience and why you are not satisfied. Please send us a message via our message form so we can work something out. We accept returns within 20 business days if the product is unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. You must also provide us with your receipt and order number.


Shipping & Processing


Shipment Fees: Your shipping fee will depend on your location, weight and dimensions of your order. In addition, depending on our product stocks, the shipment may come from the Philippines, the USA or in some cases other UNO Premier bases around the world. Therefore, that will also affect the shipment pricing.

Shipment Time: Depending on your location and where your product will be coming from,
it may take 3~4 weeks for your package to reach you. Our products are in high demand,
therefore, we may not have the stock in Canada.

Tracking: All orders will be shipped with a tracking number due to the value of the package, 

for your convenience and reassurance.
